This is an interesting mini Documentary done by Picture Perfect about the man who did the "Where Children Sleep" photo book. His name is James Mollison and a vary good photographer mashallah. We get to follow him for a bit on one of his assignments to the Dadaab refuge camp in Kenya. Its not all sad, but vary interesting and at times heart warming.

Movie reviews again

Well When I'm stressed or overloaded with school wok I tend to hide in movies or books. I went though the final harry potter in about 24 hours, yep. When I get into it, I read like crazy. Onto movies, who knows I may review a book or to at some point.

Green Lantern (2011 live action): :D that is what I have to start with. It was Good! Some of my fav Lanterns where there. It even had the precursors to the yellow rings (not the name of the yellow ringed core, spoilers if I do). They picked one of my fave Green Lanterns to portray in this movie, the Silver Age Hal Jordan. For all that don't know, the different Lanterns can be broken down into different ages, the Golden Age Lantern Alan Scott, Hal the Silver Age. Bronze Age has two Lanterns Guy Gardner and John Stewart (one of my fav, a version of him was shown on the Justice League cartoons). Lastly Modern Age Lantern Kyle Rayner and jade (I don't really know her much). Hal is also the First lantern to use the new Oath from the comic book, the one that is portrayed in the movie. The old Oath went like this

I Kinda Like the new one better. But yes back to the movie. I felt it was good. There is so many stories of the Green Lanterns, and this is a really good step into the core. I hope it will spark peoples interest and get them out reading comic books or watching one of the many wonderful animated movies and tv shows with Lanterns in them. There is even a Really Big Lantern that you could say is the size of a planet in the new animated movie, Did I write about that one, I will have too :D. Ummm I went way off with this one, but the movie is good, and worth the watch. XD Go see it.

Supper 8: I was not thinking much of it when I was going to see it, but when I started to watch it my original idea of it was changed. The kids are wonderful actors, and I must say where much better then the harry potter kids. There are to stories playing out throughout the movie and end up intertwining near the end. The period work was wicked, they even slipped in a Watchman comic into the main boys room when he is showing his friend something. You only get to see a glimpse of the comics spine, Yes I'm that big of a nerd lol. I found the kids to have substance. It's a wonderfully made movie and is vary enjoyable, There is a bunch of violence so not a kiddie move, there is not ET going home, but his big sharp toothed munching brother.

Right now is not an hour that I am proud to be a Canadian, let along a BCer. The city of my birth, My 2^nd home ( I miss 15^th off of Granville), broke down in a way that has not been seen since 1994 L. The Canucks lost the Stanley cup bad. I watched the game, it was sad, though it all I remembered that there where Canadians on the other team too, so its not all bad (half glass full). I had been texting with friends all day who kept saying that they thout that there would be riots, I kept saying no. No BCers would not riot over something like this, we are smarter then this. Well turns out I’m wrong, and there are far more intoxicated idiots out there. I was on Robson a bit back for one of the Canucks losses. There was no fighting, no swearing, just people in dampened spirits saying “next time”. The Police where so friendly that day. They let us take pics with the mounted officers. As they cleared the streets that had been blocked off for the games (down on Granville heading up to Robson), so that fans could safely go onto the streets to celebrate a win if there had been one, they flashed there lights and honked there horns when people asked them too, they where vary friendly when doing there job, happy, smiling at people, they themselves where sad that the Canucks lost. Its not like the police take pleasure in it, or even where in the game, so How can you (not you nice people) idiots, stand on police cars, shouting, and then light them on fire! The police are there to help you, not get Malakoff cocktails thrown at them! How can you light random people cars on fire, smash though windows, Loot shops ( This is just sick, Our economy is not grate at the moment, have you even thought of the Long term damage this will do!), And act like an over all Dutch bag. Greece has been in riots too, but that is cuz there country is on the verge of bankrupsy, what is your Excuse! The game was lost, It had to happen to someone, At least they made it to the finals! Only 2 get to make it, be happy that they even got a shot at it. This is no a time to be prod to me a BCer, this is a time to hang our heads in shame at the environment we have created. This is a social problem that will haunt us like a shadow. 1994 and now 2011. We should be better then this! We need to be better then this. It’s a Game, we win and we lose, But what we lost this game is not the Stanley Cup, but our dignity and any sportsmanship that we once had.

Movies

X Men first class. It was really good I felt, though I was really sad when one of the Mutants dies. There where quite a few things that made me smily, and a few that made me think (mostly, that's not like the comic universe, though really who cares, its all good).

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger times. I liked it, there was no real rest time in the movie. It was go go go go. I was happy they did not just use all of the same people again and try and work them in somehow. The ending was good.

The Hangover 2. .... its like the first one, but somehow more messed up and insane. The same thing, new place. So if you liked the first one, you will like this one, just don't expect more then it is.

Thor. XD I liked it. the one thing i keep hearing from people is that the earth parts where slow, though from the same people when they got non stop action from Pirates of the Caribbean it was too much. I guess this is a good example of the grass is always greener eh. The earth parts really bring out his humanity. It gives depth. At at the end XD YES YES YES THE ADVENGERS movie is coming.

Fast Five. Its better then the last few. They mixed it up. All I'm going to say is, the Rock's face Vs Car, the Rocks face wins. Just think big guy, fast cars, and all that comes with it.

I'm looking forward to so many movies coming up.

Well after many years of nothing all of a sudden the news is flooded with Osama is dead. Every news channel has this report playing. I wonder if this will change the global face of terrorism or if nothing will change. But I am sure that anyone using "Osama is behind this" is scrambling for new things to have the blame fall on. Only time will tell how this will all play out. I hope people keep there heads on all sides.

Its time to change my hair

I have had my hair growing out ever since I took a trip to a salon and things went wrong. It was down to miscommunication I like to think. She was a friend of a friend so all tears where done at home. Now normally I am not one to cry over cut hair. I have decide to chop off big chunks more then once. It is just I hate growing it out for a purpose, cuz first, it takes a good chunk of time, furthermore, no real fun can be had till it gets to the right length, moreover I don’t like dealing with hair. I like things simple, shower, sleep wake up, shower again (though keeping the hair 100% dry) its more like a hole body rinse instead of just the face (good wake up strategy, or nap), get on clean clothing and Go. I skip makeup as I’m lazy and find it a pain in the bum. As for hair I just tie my hair into a pony tail, now too long a bun. The time has Finally come that my hair is at its length! So what am I going to do?? Well I am going to henna it first, about the same shade as mine but a little redder. My hair goes redish in the sun (was a blond till about 4 lol). I have about 5 different colours in my hair one is white :) yep, white and I don’t really care lol. Its not an ugly white either, its a white that glows in light, No traces of any other colour in it.

Like the pic above, though not fully white. Only 30%? Maybe. I am sure I will be all white before I am in my mid 30’s and that just mains I have many hair colour options, I may even stay white for the fun of it. I am thinking of making a switch to this colour

Hard choices as I do not want to stray from my natural colour to too much as well I don’t feel like hennaing often. I am not the only girl doing it hehe. I helped a friend of mine a month back and got henna hands out of it. No gloves, but I didn’t really care. I am used to dyes being left on my hands, or a long black graphite smug down the side of my hand. I don’t ware rings for that reason, and I broke a few fingers. Now another few friends are wanting to. I guess the spring is the season of change. Getting all the summer out. I will also be cutting or curling my hair. I have had protests on the last one haha. Strait is good they say, though that is just from a day under hijab, Vary few people know what my hair really does as you only get to see if after a shower before I tie it up. The list is small and I see it staying that way haha. The curls will involve a perm (do I have the patience for that...... this may be the deciding factor) and make my hair look shorter. Yep still sick, but with a hole new way of being ill. No longer is it fever, swollen eyes, blowing my nose through box after box or tissues, my throat has taken the lead after a moth of mild irritation in the background. I call it mild after today. I just got back from seeing a doctor and just have to let it run its course (also was given T3's to try and help with the pain, take down swelling and what not). Inshallah I will not have to go back. I just would like this super long flu/cold or what ever ells it wants to be, to go away. I know I am not the only one who has it, another few friends of mine got it around the same time and are still sick too. People stop taking meds you don't need, We all need to play a part in not making stronger bugs. There no fun for anyone. Im going to go maybe eat porridge and rap myself in blankets and try and sleep... Inshallah. Hope you are all well and if not are getting better.

The Flu

My room smells of Fever. You know that smell of sweated though blankets and tea? All I know is I will be happy once I am strong enough to wash my pillows and bedding and forbrezz my mattress And can have a real shower. In the last week I have been sneezed on (got buggers on my face, gotta love kids), coughed on, and hugged by a child who vomited on themselves, though the vomit had mostly been wiped off. Everyone I meet with was sick, or just getting over it. Seems to really be going around, to the point that someone I have not seen in a week is stuck in bed like I am. Today I was able to get up without using the wall for support aaaand I have been up for 2h so far, Little rebel me. Though once I get sleepy I'm off to bed, well, I will role over and sleep. I missed my final arabic class for the turm. :( boo. But I did write on my FB to see if anyone could sneak into place for me. lol. I am starting to yon and it hurts so off to bed I go.

Earth Hour

Tsunami warnings in effect for more places, If you are on the Pacific rim please check for your location to see if you are at risk. 2 and a half to 3h before BC Canada gets a mild wave. It is estimated at only around 3 feet. We are lucky compared to the people in Japan, who are dealing with an extremely hard time now. People are shaken but will work though this. The 10m wave has left damage and phone lines are down. You will get a nice lady say an automated apology before it cuts off. If you need to get in touch with friends or family Call the Foreign office 613-943-1055 or 1-800-387-3124. Internet is slowed in some places, but still working in most places. Pray for families looking for loved ones.

College/Uni Hijabis

I have just been sitting here thinking of what to ware tomorrow for class. Black abaya, black abaya or black abaya lol. It really comes down to the scarf and accessories. For a little extra spice a funky coat and cute side bag is a must or back pack with proper support for heavy books. For a light school day a side bag is a smart choice but be careful not to go to heavy or you can put your back at risk. I was in the baggy 70's knit last term with a black backpack, but this term I need a new bag (ripped mine (to many books) with help from a kitty that went at it like a scratching post one night) and a jacket. I have a bagin mind I saw at the Uni book store. I also am in the market for a new pare of glasses. Kliik is my brand of choice as they fit my head well. Only brand I have found that fit lol. I also like to ware comfy clothing under my abaya as I will be studying for long hoursand its never fun adjusting and readjusting all day long a hemline under an abaya. Though the adjust pants dance is funny.

I typically have on legging with a short dress Or what I call a top lol and long sleeves. I am a sucker for long socks, and I also tend to carry an extra pair of in my bag for when I get into a house.

I even put them other my other socks for extra warmness :)

Here is a cute outfit for the cooler months at school. For a hijabi, throw on a wider leg and under shirt and good to go. For the abaya wearing girls out there, put the knit over the abaya and where a light T underneath so not to over heat. The hat over a light scarf can be useful in windy weather and keep your heat worm, cuz one pet peeve of mine is wearing a super worm scarf, then boiling my brains out once I'm indoors. The key to any good, comfy, outfit is layers that can be added and subtracted throughout the day to meet you're heating needs.

Harry Potter

Salam alikum all, Inshallah you have all been well. Life here roles on with school becoming more and more hectic. I have one day off in which I plan to clean like crazy for Friday. The new Harry Potter move is out and its good. The movie is hole lot darker then the first few movies and easily the most deaths in one two. Young children under I would say 10 should not go. Just like the book, as the charaters got older so did the situations. There was even a vary oddly placed semi love scene that I totally do not remember from the book. The hole time I kept thinking, add more smoke! Add more! My friend beside me was laughing on how ocword it was. There is a nice little dance part that is about 2min long that will sick with you for a while after the movie ends. The song happens to be quite catchy. kinda a 70/60 mash sound. I am not familiar with the song and have Southern Man on repeat in my head so I am no help as of now. The Ron character, besides the dark parts even adds hummer throughout as a needed comic relief to the darkness, even when he himself is portraying a darker aspect of his character. I have somehow turned this into a movie review, go figure. Its only the first half, so there is another one to come. The last one. I for one am wondering how much of the ending will be done or if it will be changed. I am not trying to spoil anything, but really if you have not read the book by now and read something that spoils it for you, ya well its your fault then. Go read. Its good for you after all!

Snow Day

College is Closed for the Next 2 day... or until further notice (I like how they added that). I can say I was not expecting that, mostly dew to the fact I called an hour before my first class to ask if they where still open and they said yes. When I got there their was a little peace of paper on the door saying the above "Closed as of 1pm on Nov 22 for 2 days or until further notice". Gota love that eh. I walked by it at first but did a 180 when I figured there was a 50 50 that is was classes being cancelled. If not it did not really matter if I was another 5 min late for class. I texted a friend over at the other campus to see if it was also closed, and yep it was, but since everyone was already there they went ahead and had class any ways. Did I mentchan it is project time? Today was the first presentation day so I think it should be interesting if classes are still out on Wed. The professors will not be happy. I will, more time to refine things. lol. ... but less time to lean whats on the finals. I need to go over last weeks exam also to see what I did wrong and that was going to be today... But next time inshallah. Anyways Im off to go work on backed up reading and fly down hills on plastic sheets and bagged out garbage can lids (most likely in the morning)

Competition Update

In the final round we got cheers and people clapping along. Seems doing something traditional paid off. Did not win but where given a souvenir prize and certificate. A few people from my school had the initials FU at the bottom corner and where talking about it in the study group. I went home to check mine but it has BE in the corner. I guess that is the person who panted the designs on them. On a funny note, I ended up getting interviewed for a few tv shows... you can tell Im reading off of my cheat sheet at the end. I never expected that. Oh well. At least I had fun and got my bones marks for class!

Paper dew

Today I consumed something that my tummy did not like, and now I cant sleep so I thought I would type something up... or I could finish my paper that is dew... or just combined hehe. I have a few allergies the major one being S from the periodic table of elements and C12H22O11 or another way of writing it would be 4-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-D-glucose, My body also does not like to much Na again from the periodic table of elements. The last one is not an allergy but more like my body saying you don't need it. I never add any to my food, my thinking is that I get enough from any packaged or jarred food that I may consume to be adequate enough. It is amazing what is added to foods. After watching Food Inc I could not look at some things the same way again. off to bed I need sleep.

Cant sleep

My it is late. I can not sleep and have a good reason, but putting that aside I feel like washing my hole linen set so it feels all fresh and may help me sleep. The only downside to this sleep aid plan is that is it likely to take 4+ hours which gives me little time to prepare for class. So my secondary option is to have a nice worm shower but now that I have it in my mind that I want to do a wash at 2:53 am I will end up sleeping in wet hair and then have to have a shower when I wake from the feeling that I should have washed my linens before going to sleep, with the result of wet hair for 24h almost. I for one do not get dry hair when in hijab. I just get damp hair that ends up never feeling clean. Also taking into consideration that the weather patterns have shifted and its flu season, it would be unwise to put myself at grater risk with sleeping with wet hair. So what to do? ..... I have made resolutions for this Ramadan to better myself. One is going to night prayers more often, I think I may bike to them. It is the only way too or I would be in for a long walk home (over 2h). It should just be an hour long ride. I may be thinking to high on the time, but after a long day I will be a little tiered. I will only know after the first time. I fist have to replace the front tire in the next few days. It popped off the other day when it went flat. The second is to study more. I have been slacking sooo much. The 3rd is to do more good in the community. When I was to old to go to youth group I lost touch with doing community work. I need to rectify that. I will not be bring food door to door or working at the spca again (but I think everyone should at least a few times in there life) but something a bit more grown up. It will also give me a glimpse at what my future may be like I hope :D. Ah Ramadan come soon.

Ramadan Is coming. It has been most evident in the mad rush to finish unfinished days of fasting and getting everything in order. Many things have happened in the last few weeks, Much to do with family and life in general. I find myself asking many questions about life and what I want again. I have thought long and hard on many things. Now that the thinking is out of the way I should start putting my mind towards putting my hopes and dreams into action. As part of this is trying to settle my heart again. I have taken to lessening to Quran more often. Inshallah I will learn to recite more. One of my more odd hopes in life has been to become a religious scholar Or philosopher, Only a few problems have stood in my way. 1) I have never been strict enough it seems and or agreed on many of the same interpretations. 2) I suck at arabic. 3) I have a horribly bad memory for names and dates, but like to eat them :) 4) I day dream way to much... 5) I am a procrastinator, But this Ramadan I will change this bad habit. I will slowly change my behaviour for the better in little steps that will last. Im starting now or I never would lol. I have to watch out for the words tomorrow. I wona try and change with all the strength God has given me before these devils are chained. After all these are not the hard parts, keeping up the good habits are, so I need all the help I can get. Things I will work on this Ramadan are:

1) Procrastination.

2) Praying on time.

3) Learning more Quran.

4) More Patience with a 3 people that drive me up the walls.

5) Meditation, my goal is 10 min of relaxing peace

6) Learn more Arabic

Well that is just my little list for now, I am sure I may add to it soon.

It follows women from Pakistani and Indian heritage mostly on there journey to teach people to drive or learn to drive. It shows all side I would say and most of these women have life's that are not a striate road but one that has thrown them lost of hills and turns. I hope you enjoy the show. Its that time of the year again, Time for earth hour. So on Saturday March 27th at 8:30pm across the world people will be turning off the lights for 1 hour. I will be doing it again this year two. Last year I did a solar lantern bored game party. A few friends and I just sat in my room playing fun games and drinking tea. The year before was just a laptop and myself. So what will you do? Its just one hour, you could even take a nap. Its something that everyone (that is not on life support :P) can do. Earth Hour site.

I was just commenting on a friends post and it reminded me of a few funny things that have happened when visiting doctors in Oman. On my last visit I tried to see the regular nice women doctor that is immigrating to Toronto at some point and asked me question after she had diagnosed me before giving me a shot. People like to give shots out here. But she was not there, instead I had a male doc who the first things out of his mouth where

me "Canada"

doc "Kenya?"

me "yes"

doc "Original Canadian" (meaning what about your parents)

So this went on for another min before the fun of saying what was wrong with me.... after the 6th time repeating everything, him pocking the thing I just said was hurt and me trying to not give him a uppercut, I got a proscription but before he handed it over the regular, I have applied to move there, what is rent like? How much is food? What is the weather like? Is my English good enough? Where should I go? and so on and so on. I am thinking on making a business card with an addy for a website and a website with answers. With most people I am ok with answering this but this time I just wonted something strong to knock out the pain for a bit cuz I had a hand ball match to go to. Good to note a week later I was ok. At least he was a good doc and did not miss diagnose me 3 times like 2 moths ago. I really like that woman doc. They have also stopped asking for my fathers name there, mostly cuz the girl behind the desk gets confused with my name. I have been to the doctors 8 times in Oman.

3 times to see someone ells

1 time for a throat infection (there was a big H1N1 thing going around)

1 time from eating something in Dubai that lasted almost one month before getting the right stuff.

2 times for the wrong diagnoses (cry)

1 time for walking into the wall when cleaning my ear with a Qtip (blood is bad), 3 days later I nearly punched the doc for touching it.

Bathroom "fun"

I have been up since Tuesday, it now being Wednesday (has anyone ever realized how hard wednesday is hard to spell?). So it is almost the weekend yay~ Yep the weekend, what big plans I have... Non really. I may have to get a plumber for the toilet again. About 2 months back the bathroom flooded for one week strait that involved my flatmate and I using work bathrooms and poring bottle after bottle of de-clogger down the drain. When we got the plumier in after days of near panic, he found bolts and cement from when the new hot water heater was put in. I will always remember that work bathroom.

I am sitting in my flat in the kinda Muscat aria. That is all I am going to say. The net here is not that grate, 99% dew to the fact that we do not have net and just a little stick from nawras that is 2OR for 48 hours of unlimited internet. Sweet eh, but its kinda (meaning really) slow dew to the flat I am in. My old cell I would have to sit by the front door of the flat to get decent reception hahaha. Lucky that on Eid I got a new one. I think this Eid was the best one i have ever had. It was my first one in Oman, and I hope it will not be my last. Oman is a really nice country. The food is a meat lovers paradise, I have never eaten so much meat as I have here. Oh my gosh the Eids. I was eating the best lamb shuwa for like one week striate for every meal (no joke, the flat fridge is tinny and all we could fit in was the meat and rice) . We would have eaten it longer but friends noticed that my flat mate and I where only eating that so they tuck us out to eat something ells to brake it up. So can anyone guess what it was? Anyone? Yep you guessed it! It was Shawarma~ Anyone in Oman will tell you the thing to get for fast food is shawarma. I have eaten so much shawarma that we now have a running inside joke at the flat. Shaworma is said in a tone between "I once upon a time remembered liking this" and "I wonder if I add up all the shaworma I have eaten, how many lambs that would be?". At summer camp one year a long way back some consular added up how much bacon was ingested that summer. The answer was Two and a half Bob's of bacon (Bob is a 300+ pound cook with a temper and big knife). Where was I? Ah yes Eid. It was grate. The weather was cooling down and feels like it is starting to pick up a little just as I had gotten used to wherein little sweaters under my abaya. Not so bad, the way I see it that means I can start swimming in the ocean again soon. There is this one beach I have been wanting to try out for so long. There is even a big crater that is filled with water that seeped into it from the ocean that looks cool. So much to try and see and do in the next month. I hope I can fit it all in.

Ok so for the last 2 months I have been MIA, Lots has happened. I was in the UAE and now I am in Oman. Got a nice little apartment with a rocking flatmate. No hot water yet but soon Inshallah. A friend is taking me tonight to check things out, plus get a bed frame and dresser. I am ok without the bed frame. I just really would like a dresser and some rope so i can make an makeshift hang-line. I do not have net full time yet just borrowed someone's stick for 48 hours to communicate and watch as much tv from the USA as possible through it all. Have lots to wiki too. Things never seem to tern out how you picture it will. I defiantly did not see what my future may be. Ah so much to think about. So I will try and do some blogging. may have to pre-write everything. should be fun. But got to go for now, the nice lady that come once a week is here. Have a good day all.

Ok so I have not posted in a month. Ramadan is almost over and I did not kill anyone dew to low Blood sugar but nearly did a few times. I am unable to fast long hours dew to my sugar levels going all over the place and taking me with it (there is a medical reason). So here is a run down on what has happened in the last 2 months. 1. Got my plane ticket with Pixie. 2. Engagement broke off (yay, no really its a good thing) 3. Started planing Sisters Iftaars that got passed over to my friend that is way better at it then I am (thank you so much for grabbing the rains) 4. Quite my Job (*dance*) 5. Running around like a person that leaves everything to the last min.

So here I am sitting on the good sofa with my cat beside me (on my clothing, everything needs a little hair) Hoping that my mom does not come into the room (cat + good sofa = slow death) and waiting for the next load of laundry to be put into the washer (only 20 left). So I have stuff that I would like to take with me spread from one side of the house to another. My travel towel has a Pic of a mug of beer on it (could try passing it off as ginger-al....yep that may work) witch is totally going to be a hit there (with a stick.... hahahah sorry vary bad joke). I do not really feel like I'm about to leave for 6 months yet. I feel that I'm heading off but it has not fully hit me. Unlike the cheese I ate today.... brb ........Ok back. so where was I....meh Im to lazy right now to read back. I just Switched in a load of laundry and started drying another. Grabbed some of my shoes that I'm trying to pic witch ones to bring. I am bringing my bronze snake Sandals, Blue sequin converse, black and red tartan underground high tops, and Silk knee high Ed hardy tie ups for those special occasions hehehe... I will where onto the plane my Velcro shark vans. Totally normal shoes selection ~(0.o)~ I have my legging's all ready ranging from bright red to the tame pho jeans and not to skip the tartan ones too. Its 7 in total. I have my got my corsets picked out and silk slip dresses lined up. One to many pares of jeans (gosh to bad the red ones where not in my size purple is nice though). Lots of sox's and undies (do you think 30 pairs is to much? I like variety what can I say? Oh I saw these silk 40's style ruffle panties today that where so so cute that would match my bra but held off buying them cuz I need to keep my money for things I really need). My mom went to London Drugs and I do not know what she is thinking but got me 6 box's of tampons to go on top of the other 4 that I already had (I so do not need over 300, that movie was good). So now that I have freaked out every person that reads my blog or stumbles upon it i should continue with the packing and cleaning cuz pixie is dropping things off over here in the next few days. Hope you all have a grate last 10 days of Ramadan!

Some of you may be thinking this is just another travel or a look into the dark side take but it is not. It shows us what little we can see of the everyday Iran and how is can be confusing too. Iranians are nice people that are more like us then anyone thinks. With most of the population under 30 there is going to be changes in the future. So it is a good time to start watching and see how the young start to stand on there own. The guy who is taking us around in the Vid has done a number of other docs and things. For all those sisters out there that have a little extra unff in them. Have you wondered how to do the big punk/emo hair? Are you into fun makeup? Do you have a motley coloured outfits? Or are you just trying to figure out your own style? The here are some style vid that may help you and some fun music too (I like real big fish). I am trying to decide what style I wont to cut my hair too. I'm leaning towards fohock, and maybe going blue or white. I tried to dye my hair punky red but it did not stick, to my floor yes (it exploded when I tried to open it) to my head nope. That week I dyed my hair with henna for over 6h and nothing. Chemical dye for dark hair was also a nothing. I have brown hair witch makes this all even funnier.

I had this style before it became "scene" but I was to lazy to keep it up. not to mention I can easily become a mullet if you are not careful! Just say no to mullets! say no~

Now I am trying to come up with a new look for the hot weather. I think I am going to chop it short and funky. I think with white and Blue highlights, or maybe a white/blue coon tale highlights... Or heck all White (thats going to kill my hair). I just need to come up with something hijab friendly... mo-hawk hijab is funny.

I had this on in grad 12. I remember doing my hair all spiky for my year book and the lady just saying one sec then coming over and flattened my hair and made it all geeky! I will never look at it the same way. Though my graduation hair was all 60 rocker cool (rocking the tartan tie). My hair was a dark pinky purple/brown and spread out with the layers.

I like this langth it has been over 5 years since its been this short.

When I was little, I am talking before 5 years old, my mother would play Opera and classical music for me before bed. I have good memories of this most of the time (some blood curtailing screams scared me now and then). Certain songs bring me right back to that safe place where I know that nothing bad will happen. Others take me bake to frozen raspberries with sugar and milk as I at them in bed. My mom and dad did not really consider the age rage of what I was lessening too. I have not heard of many 3 year olds enjoying the Phantom of the Opera as a bed time story but that was me. You do not even wont to know what movies my dad let me watch when I was 6 (It involves aliens and organ harvesting). Can you tell I was a first child? Well I am still trying to peace some things together like the story of a young girl sold into salary but runaway and was chased in the train station, then some how ends in a swamp with someone trying to kill her. I used to lesson to plays on radio too once i learned to use one. It was grate that late night shows continued into the 90's I do not know if some shows still run these or not. But here are some good old ones. To be honest this is tame compared to what I considered a "bed time". I am just happy that my dad realized that some movies where not expectable for a kids, well when it was to late for me. I still remember my brother in tears on his birthday thinking that monkeys where going to melt out his internal organs. I think that he would have been 7. Hah the good old days, laugh.
